Eligibility

• Available to wholesale partners
• Must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

What Qualifies

• Unsold product in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition with no signs of tampering, damage, or label defacement.

What’s Excluded

• Opened, damaged, or altered products
• Orders placed more than 30 days before the return request.

Process

1. Contact us at dre@glacierextracts406.com to initiate a return request within the 30-day window.
2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number — returns without an RA will not be accepted.
3. Ship product prepaid to our address using a trackable carrier.
4. Upon receipt and inspection, store credit will be issued within 5 business days.
