Shipping policy

Shipping destinations
Glacier Extracts currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations. Orders are subject to applicable product and carrier shipping restrictions.

Shipping charges
Economy shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Available paid shipping options and their charges for other orders are shown at checkout.

Order processing
Retail orders generally ship within three business days, but processing can take longer. If we expect a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the information provided with your order. Shipping transit time begins after we dispatch the order and is separate from processing time.

Wholesale order timing varies with order size, manufacturing, and fulfillment needs. We coordinate directly with wholesale buyers and do not guarantee a fixed dispatch date.
